Terms and conditions

1. Service

Robot MCP, based in Geneva, Switzerland, provides a website and a connector that lets AI assistants such as Claude control a simulated robot arm. Today all robots are simulated; no physical device moves.

2. Account

You need an account to use the connector. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account, including actions your assistant takes through the connector you authorised.

3. Tokens and payments

Each robot action uses one token; reads are free. The Free plan includes 30 tokens per month. Paid plans and refills are billed in CHF through our payment provider. Monthly allowances do not roll over; refills stay valid for 12 months. Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. Tokens have no cash value and are not refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass limits or guardrails, overload the service, access other users' data, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Shared links

Live links and clips you share can be watched by anyone who has the link. You can revoke clips at any time.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, for learning and experimentation. We do our best to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will note the date above. Swiss law applies; the courts of Geneva have jurisdiction.

Data privacy

What we collect

  • Account data: email address and sign-in information.
  • Robot data: sessions, actions, mission cards, guardrails, run reports and clips you create.
  • Billing data: plan, token balance and purchase history. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
  • Technical data needed to run and secure the service, such as request logs.
  • Private usage counts: confirmed account sign-ups and successful connector-address copies. Copy counts are aggregated by day and page, without visitor identifiers, analytics cookies, email addresses or IP addresses in the count records. Repeated copies count separately and do not establish a connector connection.

What the connector can see

The connector only reads and writes your own Robot MCP data. It does not access your Claude conversations, memory or files. Revoke access at any time by removing the connector in Claude.

How we use it

Only to provide and improve the service, measure sign-ups and connector-address copies, process payments, prevent abuse and answer support requests. These private counts stay in Robot MCP's Lovable Cloud backend; we do not send them to an external analytics or advertising service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Processors and storage

We rely on hosting, database and payment providers that process data on our behalf, which may be located outside Switzerland under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (and the GDPR where it applies) you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing. Write to support@robotmcp.ch.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
