What’s a token?
One token is one simulated robot action through the MCP connector, including starting and ending a session. Looking at the bench, watching the live player, reading reports, labelling runs and managing guardrails are free.
Collisions are charged when the arm moves. Guardrail blocks and failed actions caused by server errors are not charged.
FAQ
Do features differ between plans?
No. All missions, Academy, Lab, the live 3D player and replays are included in every tier.
Do monthly tokens roll over?
No. The monthly allowance resets each billing cycle. Unused allowance does not roll over.
Which tokens are used first?
Monthly allowance first, then the oldest unexpired refill tokens. Refills expire 12 months after purchase.
What happens if I cancel or downgrade?
The change takes effect at the end of the paid period. You keep your unexpired refill tokens.
Can I buy tokens now?
Yes — payments are open in test mode. Purchases made in the preview use Stripe's test environment and no real money moves. Live payments follow account verification.
